One of the core elements of any extrusion system is and remains the extruder itself. Right from the start, the emphasis at BREYER is on quality and sophisticated technology. The specialized screw design is a perfect example, as it offers much higher output capacities than conventional designs. To this we have added a special venting zone. This reduces the ratio of residual monomers to a minimum and effectively dehumidifies the raw matterial.

Time-consuming and energy-intensive pre-drying is therefore no longer necessary. Because of this, we are able to extrude materials such as PMMA, PC, PET, ABS and many more without pre-drying - which makes the process a very economical one.

Our delivery program contains single screw extruders with a screw diameter of 30 - 250 mm.
